The initials are a riff on a well-known acronym — but where others built financial empires on algorithms, SMF | OI stands for something different: Organic Intelligence. In a world saturated with artificial outputs, these platforms are my own unfiltered thinking, perspective, and aloha.

Born with roots across cultures — Hawaiian, Japanese, paniolo, and vaquero — I was educated at the University of Hawaiʻi and now serve as an AI Consultant to the Hawaiʻi State Legislature, helping our islands navigate one of the most transformative technological shifts in history.

My ventures span language learning, tourism technology, and custom software — each one rooted in the belief that technology should serve community, preserve culture, and create opportunity right here in the Pacific.
